The Settings tab is specific to the setup of
Spreadsheet type of working paper.

• Read-only spreadsheet - the spreadsheet can be opened only for
  reading
• Spreadsheet is template - whether to load and save the
  spreadsheet's parameters

The buttons give access to the following actions:

• Load - load content from
  file
• Save - save content to
  file
• Edit - open and edit file
• Clear - clear content from
  database
