Access permissions

We added a new level of document access: Inherited.

An element with an Inherited access level has the same access level
as its parent element. When the access level of an element changes, the
change is reflected in its sub-elements that have the Inherited
access level.

Main Changes

New level of audit access

We added a new level of access - Inherited. When an element has the
Inherited access level, it mirrors the access level of its parent.
Respectively, when an element's access level changes, this is reflected
in all sub-elements marked as Inherited.

When creating a new audit, all users who are part of the audit team have
Inherited access to the documents. At the base level (method level),
the team leader has Controller access level, while the rest of the
users in the team are set to access level None.

This way, if you define a base access level for a given user, it will be
used for all documents.

Financial indicators

We added the option to describe the method's financial indicators by
using the statement of financial position, the income statement and the
trial balance as input data. You can access this feature from Active
audit
-> Audit -> Parameters -> Financial indicators

Results can be integrated into Word documents.

Indicators for determination of materiality

We added the option to describe the method's indicators for
determination of materiality by using the statement of financial
position, the income statement and the trial balance as input data. You
can access this feature from Active audit -> Audit ->
Parameters -> Materiality

Statements: Statement of financial position and Income statement

We added the option to organise the statement items into a hierarchy. We
also added the option to set up automated summations by levels.

The program now allows for setting up automatic formation of the trial
balance statements by linking specific accounts (or groups of accounts)
or a classification of the accounts to the corresponding items. These
settings are independent of the ones in the chart of accounts.

Data can be integrated into Word documents.

You can rearrange the items manually.

Advanced settings for automatic activation of documents

You can configure all settings when editing a method.

Audit type

You can now activate a document depending on the type of the audit
engagement - initial, subsequent, intermediate, follow-up, other.

The document is activated in accordance with the type of engagement
selected when creating a new audit/editing an existing one.

Risks

Activation of a document depending on the level of an identified risk in
a specific item or in management assertions to an item in the statement
of financial position or the income statement.

The document is activated by risk identification.

Materiality

Activation of a document depending on whether a specific item or
management assertion is material or not, as well as whether it must be
activated due to Control testing or Substantive procedure.

You can activate the document from Statement analysis.

Statement analysis

The program can now analyse the statement of financial position and the
income statement, and determine any material items/management assertions
and the appropriate actions that have to be taken in response, such as
control tests and substantive procedures.

In addition, you can now record new identified risks in the same window.

Statements supported:

You can access this feature from Active audit -> Risks ->
Statement analysis -> Statement of financial position/Income
statement.

We added the option to review the activated documents depending on the
selected materiality of a specific item, as well as the option to open
and work on these documents directly from the list.

Analysis results can be integrated into Word documents.
