You can import worksheets from MS Excel files using the external editor.
To do so, perform the steps:

1. Click the External edit button.

2. Click Import worksheet and select the MS Excel file from your
   local computer.

3. Click Open.** **

4. In the window that opens, select the worksheet name.

5. Click Import.
