Changes

• The Tickmarks report has been added. It displays all tickmarks
  added in the working papers of the active engagement
• The option to edit Tickmarks from a working paper's context menu
  has been added
• Performance improvement in high resolution and high DPI displays

Resolved Issues

• Changes in Period-1 and Period-2 columns when editing the
  Initial statement of financial position and Income statement were
  not saved
• The + child node expand button was not displayed when the child
  nodes were added after the engagement was created
