Changes

• When fetching offline data, if the user has no access level to edit
  the selected engagement's method, the program will display a warning
  message.
• Users are not required to have access level to edit the method of
  the engagements whose data they will import for offline work. In
  this case, other users, who have that specific access level, can
  export and give them the data.
• The option to mark a working paper as ''Completed''/''Checked'' in
  offline mode; the status can be subsequently returned to the online
  database.
