The Findings and recommendations report contains all findings and recommendations made by the auditor in the engagement's working papers.

To access the report, open the Reports tab and click Findings and recommendations.

  • Print – opens the window for printing templates. You can select a template and print out the report's data. Templates can be personalised according to your preferences.
  • Refresh – refreshes the data in the table.

Findings and recommendations

The table contains the following columns:

  • Expiration status
  • Code
  • Title
  • Status
  • Risk level
  • Deadline date
  • WP code
  • Working paper name
  • Document type
  • Findings
  • Recommendations
  • Reviewer's comment
  • Conclusion
  • Area manager
  • Responsible person
  • Corrective measures
  • Auditee's comment
  • Requested due date
  • Process name
  • Subsidiary
  • Area manager's response
  • Visible in web system
If you right click on a working paper in the Working paper name column, you will open a context menu that has a number of available actions.


The tab shows details about each finding with regard to these parameters:

  • State – the state that was established
  • Criterion – the criterion used for the cause and effect assessment
  • Cause – the cause of the respective finding
  • Effect – the effect of the respective finding


The tab shows all files that are attached to the findings in the web system. You can view the attachments but cannot attach new ones from this position.
