The Settings tab is specific to the setup of Lead
schedule type of working paper.
The buttons give access to the following actions:
- Working paper type - select the working paper
type from the drop-down menu 
Load - load the content
from the file
Save - save the content to
the file
Edit - open and edit the
file
Clear - clear the content
from the database
