The main functionality of the Program type of working
paper is located in the Steps section. It consists
of hierarchically organised steps and sub-steps. The rest of the active
window's tabs give access to functions that are identical to the
functions in the Program's context menu.
The tab uses symbols which show whether there are references and if yes,
what is their condition:
The section shows all references (if any) to the step or sub-step that
you have selected. Right click on a reference to open its context menu.
The context menu will vary depending on what type of working paper the
reference is.
Note
The Remove reference option in the context menu is available only to
audit team members who have specific user
permissions to edit method.
If you right click on a blank space within the section, the context menu
will give access to these actions:
In this tab you can add notes to a step or a sub-step. Click
the Edit button and enter the note's text.
Here you can attach
files
to your note or to the selected step. To do so, open the tab and select
the file from the dialog window.
The tab displays an explanatory text to the step that you have selected.
The tab shows the objectives covered by the selected step. By completing
the Program, certain objectives are achieved - they can be defined at
method level. For each step, you can define
the objectives that it will cover.
