За да редактирате Окончателен отчет за доходите, следвайте стъпките:

1. Отворете раздел Отчети и натиснете бутона Отчет за доходите.

2. Отворете раздел Окончателен.

3. Натиснете бутона Редакция на:Данни.

Активният прозорец включва следните колониколоните:

Код - код на статията
Име - наименование на статията
Текущ период - стойността за текущия период
Период-1 - предишен на текущия период
Период-2 - по-предишен на текущия период

Бутонът Импортиране на данни отваря прозореца за избор на спецификации при импортиране на данни.

To be able to edit the Final income statement, perform the steps:

1. Open the Statements tab and click Income statement.

2. Open the Final tab.

3. Click the Editing:Data button.

The active window includes the following columns:

Period-1 - previous to the current period
Period-2 - period before last

The Import data button opens the window for selecting data import specifications.

The Calculate button opens the Calculate statement window:

The Final income statement is not set up to be automatically calculated in the program. You can either enter it manually or use the automatic calculation option.

Copy data from Initial statement - uses data from the Initial income statement

Calculate from Final trial balance - the program will use data from the Final trial balance, i.e. the trial balance which includes the adjustments and reclassifications

4. When you have finished finish editing, click Save.
