  • При следващ одит: 
    • Празен документ - – данните от настоящия одит няма да бъдат прехвърлени в новия одитен ангажиментодит

  • Видим документ - определя – дали документът да бъде видим или невидим
  • Активен документ - определя – дали документът да бъде активен или неактивен

  • Да бъде проверен - определя – дали документът да бъде задължително проверен
  • Цел - – описание , касаещо на целта на работния документ
  • Видими свойства - – настройката влияе върху видимите свойства, като Рискове, Корекции, Отметки и др. Дава отражение върху контекстното меню и вградените форми на работните документи.

The General tab of the working papers' settings includes the following parameters:

  • Code - – codes are used so as to make the search for working papers easier
  • Name - – the name of the working paper
  • Estimated time - – the estimated time to complete the working paper
  • On next audit:
    • Empty document - – data from the current audit will not be transferred to the new audit engagement
    • Copy data from current audit - – data from the current audit will be transferred to the new audit engagement
  • Visible document - define  – whether the working paper will be visible or invisible
  • Active document - define – whether the working paper will be active or inactive
  • To be completed - define – whether the working paper must be completed
  • To be checked - define – whether the working paper must be checked
  • Objective - – description of the working paper's objective
  • Visible properties - the setting – this affects the visible properties such as Risks, Adjustments, Tickmarks, etc. It has an impact on working papers' context menu and built-in forms.
