Бутоните дават достъп до следните действиядействията:

Tip

Елементи

Тук се изготвят заключения, които се дават като готови съобщения при автоматичното оценяване на Контролния лист. Въз основа на отговорите, дадени в работа по активен ангажимент, EasyCheck сумира отговорите на всеки въпрос спрямо предварително зададената му тежест. При прехвърляне на границата, поставена срещу всяко заключение, ще се появи съобщение в съответния работен документ.

Основни

Избирайки желания елемент от раздел Основни, можете да направите следните настройки:

  • Визуализация - изберете как да се визуализират въпросите: да бъдат номерирани, с код и др.
  • Вид номерация - изберете типа видът на използваната номерация
  • Тежест - задава се тежест на всеки въпрос, като тежестите автоматично се сумират на база отговори Да/Не. Има връзка с раздел Заключения.
  • Активиране - показване или скриване на въпрос, в зависимост от това дали на родителския въпрос е отговорено с Всяка/Да/Не
  • Стойности - дали на въпроса да бъде по подразбиране отговорено с Да/Не/Неприложимо
  • Връзки - активира или деактивира възможността към избрания въпрос да бъдат добавяни референтни файлове
  • Информационен елемент - маркирайте ако елементът присъства само с цел групиране (използва се за заглавни редове или раздели, за които не е необходим отговор)
  • Символ - изберете предпочитания предпочитан вид символ, който да се използва при номериране със символи

Референции

В този раздел можете да добавяте или премахвате референти файлове към избран елемент:

  • Добавяне - добавяне на нов референтен файл
  • Изтриване - изтриване на съществуващ референтен файл

За да изберете кога дадена референция референцията да бъде активна, щракнете с десен бутон върху нея и отворете контекстното меню. За опцията Активен при, изберете някоя от следните възможности: Винаги/Да/Не.

The Items and Conclusions tabs are specific to the setup of the Checklist type of working paper.

The buttons give access to the following these actions:

  • Import - import the Checklist from an Excel file
  • Export - export the Checklist to an Excel file
  • Add - add a new question or sub-question
  • Delete - delete the selected question or sub-question
  • Paste - paste copied data

Items

This tab shows the Name, Code and Numbering columns  of questions and sub-questions. The type of numbering (if any) depends on your selection in the General tab. columns of items. Conclusions

General

Selecting an element in the General tab, you can manage the settings:

  • Visualisation - whether the way questions are visualised - whether they will be bulleted, numbered, etc.
  • Numbering type - select the numbering type that will be used
  • Weight - define the weight to each question on the basis of its Yes/No answers
  • Activation - show or hide the question depending on whether the parent question is answered with Yes/No/Any.
  • Values - whether the question will be answered by default with Yes/No/Not applicable
  • Links - activate or deactivate the option to add references to the selected question
  • Information item - only for the purpose of grouping (used for titles, topic sentences, or sections that do not require any answers)
  • Bullet - select the preferred bulleting symbol

References

Here you can add or remove references to selected element:

  • Add - add a new reference file
  • Remove - remove an existing reference file

To select when a specific reference will be active, right click on it to open its context menu. For the Active on option select one of the following: Always/Yes/No.

You can also mark the selected reference as Read only or Read/Write.

Description

Las fichas de artículos y las conclusiones son específicas a la configuración de la lista tipo de documento de trabajo.

Los botones dan acceso a las siguientes acciones:

Conclusiones

Aquí puede Agregar conclusiones para que aparezcan como mensajes listo para su uso durante la evaluación automática de la lista de verificación. Dependiendo de las respuestas en trabajar en participación activa, AudiDesktop se suman las respuestas a cada pregunta según su peso predefinido. Si se supera el valor de la frontera de una conclusión, aparecerá un mensaje en el respectivo documento de trabajo.

General

Seleccionar un elemento en la ficha General , puede administrar la configuración:

  • Visualización - la forma de preguntas se visualizan - ya sean con viñetas, numeradas, etcetera.
  • Numeración tipo - Seleccione el tipo de numeración que se utilizará
  • Peso - definir el peso a cada pregunta sobre la base de su sí/No respuestas
  • Activación - Mostrar u ocultar la pregunta dependiendo de si el padre se pregunta con sí/No/cualquier.
  • Valores - si la pregunta será respondida por defecto con sí/No/no procede
  • Enlaces - activar o desactivar la opción de añadir referencias a la cuestión de las
  • Artículo de información - sólo con el fin de agrupar (utilizado para títulos, tema oraciones o secciones que no requieren ninguna respuestas)
  • Bala - Seleccione el símbolo recomendado: Boletín

Referencias

Aquí usted puede Agregar o quitar referencias al elemento seleccionado:

  • Agregar - agregar un nuevo archivo de referencia
  • Quitar - eliminar un archivo de referencia

Para seleccionar una referencia específica será activa, haga clic derecho para abrir su menú contextual. Para los activos en la opción de seleccionar uno de los siguientes: siempre/sí/No.

También puede marcar la referencia seleccionada como de sólo lectura o lectura/escritura.

Descripción
